In 2000, Liaoning Normal University and Missouri State University of the United States took up the brush of education and inscribed a poetic chapter of collaborative prosperity across the Pacific.
For 25 years, we have set sail on the open seas of global partnership, guided by the motto "Cultivate Virtue to Bear the World, Harmony in Diversity Leads to Excellence." Together, we have nurtured business leaders who embody both a global vision and a profound sense of national devotion.
At this moment of celebration, faculty and students of the International Business School at Liaoning Normal University, drawing on the melody of We Are the World, compose a resplendent symphony for the 25th anniversary of our joint educational endeavors. With music, we etch the luminous milestones of a quarter-century journey—a testament to unity, innovation, and enduring legacy.
